Who We Are

All Leaders Are Readers of Nairobi (ALAR) is a grassroots initiative dedicated to empowering displaced refugee youth through education, vocational training, and community spiritual development. Founded with the belief that every young person deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and lead, ALAR provides holistic support to help refugee youth overcome barriers and thrive in their communities.

At ALAR, we understand that leadership is nurtured through knowledge, character, and purpose. That’s why we strive to foster intellectual curiosity and spiritual grounding—so our youth can become confident, compassionate leaders who inspire change.
